CTR OFFERS THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

1) Evaluate the facility for applicability to specific air quality standards;
2) Determine potential hazards associated with employee activities in regards to air quality;
3) Completing necessary air quality monitoring and documentation to support indoor microbial air quality
standards;
4) Determine the best management practices that will reduce potential air quality hazards as well as prevent
employee exposure to illness or injuries from identified hazards;
5) Determine and provide management guidance to further reduce the potential for indoor air hazards; and
6) Assemble a complete written report that documents the identified hazard(s), sampling and analysis
results, abatement recommendations if required, re-sample and analysis results, and conclusions.

Option (1): Conduct an initial on-site visual hazard assessment by a representative of CTR compliant with
OSHA standards to evaluate the potential for hazardous indoor air quality that could cause illness or injury
to employees. A written report summarizing the results of the initial visual hazard assessment will be
submitted to client for review.

Develop an “Action Plan” to identified hazard(s) and provide options for further evaluation and abatement of
potential microbial or chemical indoor hazards.


Option (2): If, upon indication from the initial visual hazard assessment, the potential for microbial or other
airborne contaminant exists, an analytical sampling analysis of the indoor air quality will be performed to
assess the degree of hazard and the potential health risk to employees.

Develop an “Action Plan” to abate and mitigate the identified hazard(s) and provide options for
improvements concerning potential health risk factors in the future that may involve microbial or chemical
indoor hazards.

Option (3): Conduct on-site hazard chemical audit related to the known current hazard communication
MSDS program compliant with OSHA’s regulation 29 CFR 1910.1200.

Option (4): If requested, provide continued online as well as telephone consulting services to assist with
any future potential health risk factors involving indoor air quality standards at the rates specified below.
