SCOPE OF SERVICES
WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM MANAGEMENT PLAN
If a facility is subject to a State Operating Permit or a Federal NPDES Permit, then that facility should
develop and implement a Wastewater Treatment System Management Plan. The Plan should be
completed and implemented within 180 days. The Plan should be revised as needed with facility changes
or at a minimum of every five-years. Effective and appropriate training must be provided to employees and
management responsible for maintaining compliance with the Plan. CTR services will include:
1) Evaluating the current Wastewater Permit applicability;
2) Conducting an on-site wastewater assessment by a CTR Service Representative;
3) Evaluate discharges from facility and potential exposures to bacterial contamination;
4) Determining potential(s) to pollute the waters of the state;
5) Determining current management practices that reduce the potential to pollute the waters of
the state;
5) Determining best management practices to further reduce the potential to pollute waters of the
state;
6) Assemble and complete a written, facility specific Wastewater treatment and maintenance plan;
7) Submitting the Wastewater plan to the client for review;
8) Submitting the approved Wastewater plan and analysis documentation to the proper governing
authority;
9) Provide form(s) to effectively perform wastewater treatment inspection and maintenance
documentation, and
10) Act as Liaison to government agencies on Client’s behalf.

1) Annual Wastewater Treatment System Plan management/employee required training;
2( Completing the required periodic Wastewater Treatment Inspections (if required);
3) Completing the annual Comprehensive Site Inspections;
4) Completing and submitting all Monthly Reports that are required by government agencies;
5) Completing and submitting all Annual Reports that are required by government agencies;
6) Submitting all reports to client for review prior to disposition to government agencies;
7) Submitting reports to State agencies and/or Federal EPA authorities as may be required;
8) Providing wastewater testing guidance and recommendations;
9) Updating the Wastewater Management Plan as may be needed or required, and
10) Providing new or revised forms as needed or required by government agencies.
