Has your company's SIC Code shown up on OSHA's or EPA's RADAR?...We have been very
successful in limiting company's exposure to OSHA and EPA violations through proactive safety and
environmental practices, training and procedures.

Has your company been targeted by OSHA or EPA for a "programmed" inspection?...We
can offer you cost effective solutions to achieve compliance BEFORE the inspection.

Do you need help with any environmental analysis issues?...We use only
and provide complete traceable documentation and sample chain of custody certification.

Do you need Wastewater, Air Emissions, EIQs, SWPPP or SPCC plans or any of the
quarterly, annual or monthly reports?
...We will provide services that take the burden of filling out your
reports, calculating the emissions, sampling and answering all the questions that arise when "whoops we forgot
to send that report in".

Do you need to file Form R reports for certain chemicals that you maintain on site?...We
calculate the combined totals from each material and determine if it meets or exceeds the de minims
established by regulation and file the necessary reports as a "third party" which eliminates any willful intent
from your company.

Do you have to submit Tier II's?...We perform an assessment of all major chemicals and gases and
determine if Tier II Reports are necessary. We will also file the reports with ALL the necessary regulatory
agencies for you. You will receive certified receipts for all written correspondence with government agencies.

Is your company targeted for enforcement actions now or in the future that you may
need assistance with?
...We can provide that assistance with an aggressive proactive safety and
environmental management system that directly targets the issues. We can assist in obtaining the necessary
documentation to support your case and provide mediation services as a third party to improve your legal
standing. We will also provide expert leadership for continued compliance with regard to the written contract
agreements.

Our "Growing" List of Industries and Businesses
Federal and most State OSHA regulations currently include the 'non-mandatory' requirements that
coincide with ANSI's first aid kit regulations. If you chose to include the following items in your First
Aid Kit (or purchase a kit with at least these supplies) then your First Aid Kit will meet or exceed
Federal OSHA standards and exceed the new ANSI requirements.

OSHA's requirements for a first aid kit for a company with approximately 25 employees:

(2) A-100: 3/4"x3" Adhesive plastic bandages, (25/box minimum)
(3) 1-3/4"x3" Large fingertip fabric bandages
(2) 1-1/2"x3" Knuckle fabric bandages
(1) 5"x9" Trauma pad
(6) 2"x2" Gauze dressing pads, ((3) 2-pks would be ideal)
(1) 2"x4.1 yd. Conforming gauze roll bandage
(1) Sterile eye pad/Patch
(1) 1/2"x5 yd. First aid tape roll
(1) Triangular sling (can also be used as a bandage)
(12) Antiseptic cleansing wipes (sting free)
(6) Triple antibiotic ointment packs
(12) Aspirin tablets, ((6) 2-pks, don’t provide a bottle and the packages MUST be sealed)
(1) 4"x5" Instant cold compress
(2) Exam quality gloves, 1 pair
(1) 4-1/2" Scissors, nickel plated
(1) 4" Tweezers, plastic
(1) Eye wash, 4 oz. (required even with the eyewash station)
(1) First aid guide
(3) Insect sting relief pads (this is a minimum and you should consider having some epinephrine)

In addition to the above items, you should consider a Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) kit and
have at least two (2) people trained in CPR by the Red Cross.

Your Company is worth  a Site Specific policy and procedure manual. Don't settle for "canned"
programs or "off the shelf" policy and procedure manuals where all that's done is change the names
and places. That's like trying to put a square peg in a round hole.
All companies are different and
they require different programs and policies to meet the regulatory requirements and to protect their
employees as well as the environment.
We will design a custom program specifically for your
company that can be tailored to accommodate any unique situations that may develop in the future.
